NEC DSX

The NEC DSX is perfectly suited for small to medium sized businesses that require large business capabilities.  Available in three different configurations, the NEC DSX system is efficiently designed to provide a cost effective communication solution for businesses with as few as three telephone lines, yet scalable to grow to easily support over one hundred telephone users.

We offer three different models:

NEC DSX 40

• Starting at 4 lines, and 8 digital telephones
• Growth capacity to 8 lines, 24 digital telephones
• Built-in support for 2 analog telephones and 2 door phones

NEC DSX 80

• Starting at 8 lines, 16 digital telephones
• Growth capacity to 16 lines, 32 digital telephones
• Support for T1/PRI telephone lines

NEC DSX 160

• Growth capacity to 64 lines, 96 digital stations
• Support for T1/PRI telephone lines

All of the NEC systems include built-in caller ID, support VOIP extensions, and offer built-in automated attendant.  The DSX systems also offer flexible and affordable solutions to add voice mail for as many as 128 users.  NEC systems are software upgradeable to ensure long term investment protection.  System users have a wide variety of digital telephones to choose from.

DSX Voice Mail

All of the NEC DSX systems support the following Digital Integrated Voice Mail systems:
Intramail 2,4,6 or 8 ports

• Support for multiple greetings, and multiple company greetings
• Message Center Mailboxes, which allow multiple users to share a common voicemail box
• Built-in message on hold
• Message notification – receive a telephone call from the system to access new voice mail messages
• Live call screening – emulates an answering machine for call screening
• Conversation record – record a message directly into your mailbox or a shared mailbox
• License upgrades – Intramail can be upgraded to the PRO license for advanced functionality

Intramail PRO

• Email integration – receive notification of voice mail messages in your email inbox (message can optionally be attached as a .wav file)
• Cascade message notification – alerts you at up to five different numbers when you receive a message
