Scott Ohlwein, Vice President and General Manager
Scott co-founded Straight Line Communications, Inc. in 2000. He has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1987 and knows the business thoroughly. He is professionally licensed by State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations as an Alarm Contractor II.
Laura Ohlwein, President & Treasurer
Laura serves as President and Treasurer. She handles bookkeeping functions and provides strategic direction for the company. Her past business experience was in the life insurance industry with Milwaukee Insurance. She left that job to become a full time mother of three but remained active in a variety of volunteer leadership positions before returning to work with Straight Line Communications.
Project Management
Bill Gay, Security Specialist
Bill joined Straight Line Communications in 2010. He manages all aspects of security, camera, and access control systems installation and service. Bill started in the Electronic Security Industry in 1980 and has installed, serviced and supervised a wide range of projects, including systems in luxury homes, banks, and Royal Caribbean Cruise ships. With Straight Line, Bill has supervised installation of camera and security systems for Fun Spot America, Ace Hardware, and the Lake/Eustis Chamber of Commerce.
