Lake Mary Office – Alarm.com Video Doorbell Installation
While completing a structured wiring project for a customer in a high-end office building in Lake Mary, FL, we noticed a Ring video doorbell installed directly above their existing Alarm.com access control reader. This led us to discuss an Alarm.com video doorbell in Lake Mary that could integrate with their existing security system.
The customer already had an Alarm.com security system and access control in place, but their doorbell camera operated separately through Ring. What they didn't know was that Alarm.com offers its own video doorbell, allowing them to bring their cameras, door access, and alarm system together on one platform.
We saw an opportunity to simplify their existing setup without adding unnecessary costs. After reaching out to our Alarm.com sales representative, we were able to secure a manufacturer discount on the video doorbell. To make the upgrade even more affordable, Straight Line also provided free installation with the purchase of the device.
With the new Alarm.com video doorbell installed in their Lake Mary office, the customer can now view their front entrance, unlock the door, and disarm their alarm, all from one convenient platform.
This project is a great example of how we work with our customers to find practical ways to improve their existing systems. We're proud of our strong relationship with Alarm.com and the support they provide in helping us deliver integrated security solutions at competitive prices.
